We accept returns for items purchased from the official Stanley website within 30 days; the refund amount will be net of shipping costs. What is the "Recycling Program"?
Our "Recycling Program" allows you to send back eligible Stanley steel and stainless steel products for recycling instead of discarding them. For every eligible product returned, you will receive a $5 credit to use at www.stanley1913.us (up to four items per year, subject to program terms), and Stanley will donate $5 to the Ocean Conservancy—up to a maximum annual donation of $200,000.
